We will be restarting the server in a moment. As far as we can tell no duping has happened from this incident. If you believe that a dupe did happen we will look into it. But from our tests both sides of the transaction got reset. We will do our best to provide any restores and will be doing a compensation event.

it happens and it has ben fixed by itself... but i really think a lot of people has great amount of zeny still. and other stuffs, some people has lost Billion of zeny on this issue, some people has earn billions on this issue. is that fair?

When I bought a FAW form someone we both relogged, I got zeny back and Faw was gone. He lost the zeny but the FAW wasn't back on his character. So it completely vanished. *unsure if it will be back after server comes back up though*

  I just read this thread after I got disconnected and my internet was still up and working.  And now I am a little scared because of all the stuff I read about missing information and lost of items and zenny.  Now I am a fairly prolific gamer and I sold recently 4 Abyssmal Knight cards for 40 million.  Even though there were other cards being sold for way less 29-35 million.  Guess I had a lucky break, well now I am a bit afraid.  Will I lose these cards and also lose the money I made which is aproximatetly 160 million zenny.  Please I hope that everything works out, and we can all just laugh about it.

Some people are claiming their items didn't appear back, so be warned. Although there is a chance this happened prior to the issues... Most people, myself for example had their items returned and the zeny they made, lost.
