A double EXP event is now active. If you lost any item mall purchases we can 100% for sure see and restore those. For the other items/zeny we will do our best. Please submit a ticket at https://support.warpportal.com for any restore request.

No rollback seems like a bad idea.... sooo much stuff remaining messed up after all that went on during the last few hours. Most of it can be expected to stay hidden.

What SHOULD happen is a reset, and then a weekend double xp event, and a 2 day drop event so people that can't get on anymore today can have a chance to get back what they lost.

well i suggest you clean up the bull's droppings  before it smells even worst.

Best suggestion is to find some pigs, poor water over it add left over food and it will be gone in about a hour good luck

The labour day event was extended till next maint. So will the compensation begin after next maint?

I was in town and saw people talking about duping items and Zeny.

 

I'm AMAZED that the GMs is letting this slide. Please investigate duped MVPs and ban those who abused it if you are not going to do a roll back asap.

This is not right we should get a server roll back because somebody(dies) decided to cash in on the problem and buy stuff knowing they will get their money back and get to keep the items.  This is very frustrating and to send in a ticket is just more of a hassle for the player.  I am very dissapointed in all my time playing ragnarok since the days of Hocus pocus and LoD farming I have never encountered such a big mess before.  I really hope this will get fixed in a proper fashion and a server roll back is the best option to satisfy players who got ripped off.  It is such a hastle to send in a ticket and wait for a reply that might never come, sigh.

It takes what, a week?, to get a reply from a ticket. That's normal days. I wonder how long will it take now, a month? I only lose BMX3, exp and levels. Maybe I shouldn't submit a ticket so they won't have more work (which they are paid to do, anyway).
