Getting nothing but this message everytime I try opening the game.

I know this happens quite often but re-opening the patcher a couple times  more is not working in this case.

Already ReInstalled, restarted my computer like a  thousand times and no matter how many times I reopen the patcher, the only thing i see is "Failed to connect to patch server"

 

Need help here thanks.
