Regarding Challenge Dungeon:

 

I enjoy the new content, but I'm going to be honest and say that Bio 3 pre-change parties (freezable g-fist parties) and TKM stairs parties are way more fun and actually go beyond 2+ people. When I went with a Mastersmith & High Wizard, I was interested in supporting. This is just my opinion, but regarding the EXP, if you are going in an even-share party mindset, I think the dungeon should have an higher exp reward that is comparable to Bio3 Stairs parties. In Bio3 stairs you don't move that much, but in this huge dungeon it seems like you're moving to find the monsters and when I do too much moving I start getting sleepy, not much fun in running around to find a monster, but this is probably because I am super lazy now and Dragon-parties have spoiled me. I guess i'm now the type of player who enjoys large parties and I am a fan of the turn-in NPC style dungeons because I don't want to worry about "each take" versus "even share".

 

I think the drops could be modified, but Ygg seeds are okay. I don't know what I would like to see dropped besides Guild Surplus Boxes...

 

All in all, thank you for making new content for us classic players. I am excited to see what happens next but again I just would rather see parties 'each take' versus 'even share' which is what the turn-in NPC allows us to do.

 

I would also like to see bio3 parties again , I quite miss that dungeon.

Here is a silly video. I didn't put much effort or time into setting up this run. Gameplay and stuff isn't top tier.

 

 

Feedback.... (not sure how much you can do)

 

-Fix the elemental properties to what they should have been. You guys knew this one though

-Add Guild Surplus Boxes at a rate equal to or higher then GD monster drop rates (only do this if you follow "Party Suggestions")

-Increase EXP 

-Make this place more party focused to have less soloist play here.... My video was an average gear gank stalker, nothing special at all... Mastersmiths and other things could solo it 20 times faster especially with better gear. (only do this if you follow "Party Suggestions")

 

Party Suggestions/Fixes.....

 

-Add skills, specifically shield reflect. This will help prevent champs from just spending 5,500 zeny for a free ygg seed.

-Allow flywings/gwings

-Double if not tripple base attack for all monsters. 

-Increase EXP and drops (see above)

 

I am very happy with having new content. However, my focus is specifically on improving party play and preventing solo play (as much as reasonably possible) for these new areas. Party play is tougher to find now for a million reasons, but party play is a lot of fun! The damage received in the dungeon is very weak (besides 1 skill from the wraith things). I would love to see the "challenge" dung much more challenging to encourage (or make others depend) on party play. Doing so would have to up the challenge level and increase rewards. GSB is probably the best (kept around GD drop rate if not a bit higher). That way guilds can go with a party and farm guild supplies AS a guild. This would be much more fun then sending people down to GD's 1 at a time to farm solo to supply the guild.
