Full build for dealer? My Questions...

My questions:

I will go create three dealers, one artisan gem, one artisan master and one bourg pve.

All in the future will not use resets.

My questions arose by links:

1) Questions on Artisan Gem and Master art (never PvP, i will go up with cleric )

I will need in LV100:

a) 30 INT and CHA for the Royal Crown and Book of Con

and rest in CON and if full my CON i will go SEN?

Or 30INT and CHA i will adquired in items (gems/acessories)?

What factors(stats) influence on craftng? Separately in armor, weapons, subitems, alchemy and gems?

c)I will use Skills:

Backpack Mastery lv5 (more space)

Focused Concentration lv5 and Guided Focus lv5 and Handyman (for CON)

... or other three for SEN

more all skills Maxed, normal and advanced, in armor, weapons, subitems, alchemy, gems, PAT.

c) => REST SP for other skills? ^^

2) For my Bourg

a) For i can solo Bosses in all map, with cleric, (my bourg will go STR/CON),

the question is, for i can have many zulies,

i need go in drops in monsters(i will need invest in CHA) or in pvp for items in boxs(GO GO DAMAGE)?

I'm a little confused with that build each explains, because few are impartial and objectively explain factors to form the opnion of the player.

I hope you can help me with my questions and sorry for my poor english... ~~
