When you track the NPC Toul on the map of Parness he shows up as near the Outpost instead of near the wingrider in Lux Plains. I found this out when two players doing their Rex quest were looking for him near the outpost where I was grinding on Shamba. It took me awhile to recall the quest and the NPC they were looking for. I knew that the Outpost was really out of the way for that quest. They told me the map said that was where the NPC Toul was. So I typed in the NPC's name "Toul" in the map search box and sure enough, the tracker said he was near the outpost but as soon as I got to the spot the map marked, the tracking arrow disappeared and he was not there. Just to be sure I was right and the map was wrong I went to the Lux Plains wingrider and Toul was there just as I thought. Yet the map still indicates that he is near the outpost. I took a screenshot of this showing the map marking Toul as near the outpost and me, the arrow on the map, as at the Lux Plains wingrider where he really is. I then took a second screenshot of Toul being at that wingrider.

The map indicating Toul near the Outpost:

Now, to recreate the bug. Do as I did, type in "Toul" in the map search box and you will see what my first screenshot shows, the tracker indicating that Toul is near the Outpost, when in fact, he is not.
