According to the compendium, the Focus set gives Sen 17 AP 34 per piece (lvl 120 jewelry).

 

Now, also according to the compendium, it does not drop, and I don't understand why, since all the other lvl 120 sets (str con dex int charm) all drop. Only one i'm not sure is the strenght one since it says it drops from Rutum, and I don't even know if the rutum still exists.

 

Is this intentional?

I can't answer your question about the Focus Set, I can tell you that Rutum does still indeed exist, along with his brother Rubrum.

The compendium has not been updated since the recent update to the drop table system, so is no longer a reliable source of drop information.  I can confirm that the Focus Necklace, Focus Ring, and Focus Earring all drop.  I'm not supposed to say which monsters drop it, but I will say that it's not Rubrum or Rutum.
