I don't know exactly what weapon she was using on that video but It's definitely carded with TT.

 

They have this new weapon. 280 ATK, + 1% ATK  each 2 refine and reduces the skill usage delay by 1% per refine (14% if over upgrade to +14 stacking with 60% from 2 Kiel)

 

Assuming It can be enchanted, EA10~12 + TG + Thana. You should be able to deal 1m on High DEF Valk, Morroc or Ifrit. (practice your back sliding starting today)

I guess you are right. Decreases delay after attacking hm I really thought It was global delay like Kiel :/

Wasnt this Katar just recently added into their sakray? Idk if they already have it on the main server.
Anyway, it could be an Upgd Katar with ea enchants.
Tho, i've seen in a lot of kRO videos how they love guillotine katar, speacially +14 ones, maybe...

They have comstume enchants that have almost kiel effect

Sure it is. W/O it it wouldnt be possible to reach that much damage in a solo setup.
