Didn't receive automated message after submitting ticket

Hi, I submitted a ticket a few days back for Dragon Saga. I know that the support team is running a bit behind now, but my issue is that I didn't get the email with a link to track my ticket. It said it was submitted successfully and I have the number, but I've been waiting for any kind of confirmation. It's the same email address I've used for all my other warpportal things, and I've received all the other emails from them. And yes, I've checked my spam and inbox multiple times a day.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I advice you to make a new ticket with the same information. Do not forget to include the fact that this is your 2nd attempt to make a ticket :P

Your email provider at times has rather long delays before emails reach inbox's.

Its possible that its just taking a little longer the what it should. If you didn't receive it by now then I would bet that it won't get to you and that you could submit another ticket and see if you get the auto response.

It took me more than a week to hear from the support team, so I guess just wait for a little bit longer.
