Is the KRO effect same as IRO? Would be lame if we gimped out on 100% mdef ignore.

Asked on tiki tuesdays and reply was "we'd look at it" but the fact is that they nerfed it back when it was implemented, even though the trigger chance isn't that high to get the mdef ignore...
