could help me here?   want to recharge by boku , but I get this note , '' the amount of wp energy you receive may fluctuate at the time of purchase due to currency conversion, why? i need recharge D:  , send a ticket but have not answered

That is completely normal. Nothing to worry about this note.

 

Explanation:

 

When you pay with Boku from another country - for example in € (Euro) - to top up on here in $ (Dollar) the amount of $ you can get can variate daily. Because the dollar rate on one day can be higher, or on another day lower as your country currency is. This means on one day you could end up with getting more $ for your topping up money and on another day less. 

This little not just want to tell you about that you can get one day more top up points than on another day. And that's it.

Happens to everyone topping up with Boku living in another country- including myself. I pay Boku in Euro and get this little not every single time I top up.

 

In my very own case, as example:

I top up 5 Euro with Boku. One day I get 657 WP energy for that and on another day I only get 649 WP energy, depending on the Euro to Dollar conversion rate the day I top up.

Try to open up the Boku top up site (or the whole top up site on here) with a different browser. In my case Opera doesn't work, so I have to use Chrome. In some cases this little "change" does help a lot.

First of all, I don't think it matters where you are from, because BOKU is just a service partner and we aren't in the position to say anything about problems regarding BOKU. All problems you encounter by using this service must be clarified with BOKU itself.

 

The only I can recommend is to turn off an AdBlocker or choose another browser, like Fliederduft78 already told you.

Another reason could be, that BOKU is blocked by your ISP.

 

The message you got has nothing to do with your problem. All people not living inside the USA do always get this message.

 

 

Beside this I will inform you that writing all text in capitals is considered like being shouting at the people who use this forum. It's something that has been defined in the netiquette. Also this is uncomfortable to read and seems to be unfriendly and unpolite. Please stop shouting and write in "normal" letters in the future. Thanks.

Additionally please don't open new topics for the problem you already have one for and in which different people (including the Community Manager) already  tried to help you (http://forums.warppo...m/#entry1877182).  If you have new informations regarding your problem, feel free to update your old topic.

Opening several new topics with same problem from the same person would spam this forum.

 

Topic closed because there is already an existing one for the same problem by the same user which has been answered.
