Is this supposed to make sense? I only mentioned & requested they be disabled in OD for obvious reasons. Other dungeons are irrelevant to what I said & the reason for it. I'm sure you're well aware of that no matter how much you want to try to pick at every post of mine.

It seems that it wasn't clear enough for you.
There are a few type of maps, let's call them "Town, Field, Dungeon, Instance". BB is ONLY enabled inside "Dungeon"-type maps. Orc Dungeon 2 is a "Dungeon"-type map. Hence, because of how the game code is written, you can't disable BB from one specific map. Only two options here: completely disable BB from every "Dungeon", or completely enable BB on every "Dungeon". That's why, as much as they want to, they can't disable BB from ONE specific map.

Ofc, I think they can code so that BB is enabled AND ONLY ENABLED on instances. But it's not up to me to do that.
