no more RNG please. fed up with that. how about we choose the prize we want? wont hurt the game tho.

Thinking more of an exchange of hats to new prize in order to lessen the massive amount of hats coming out of the quest when it becomes repeatable. Might ask to give player an option of throwing it into an RNG for a lower price with other item rewards and also an option to trade directly for other reward but with a higher cost.

Step 4 says you can talk to them in any order but when I get to Weeping Wraith it says I have to get the others 1st. I talked to them all but Mangled Marionette :/

Campitor changed that because he is supposed to warp you to the next area when you are done, but that wouldn't work if you didn't talk to all 4 of those npc's.

That's what I posted that.

 

The OP says you can talk to them in any order but the Weeping Wraith has to be the last of the 4 NPC's. It only works by talking to the other 3 first.

Nope...Camp made a mistake while implementing it during maintenance so it's currently bugged and not working.
