Aside from this not being something the GMs will do, asking on the forum also wouldn't work. Community Managers read the forums, not GMs necessarily (few exceptions).
Besides, 1~3% from death takes like 5 minutes to get back?

If you had used the time you used in posting this message, and killed mobs, you may have gotten your lost EXP back.

Just keep on leveling up, its a small amount of exp to begin with.
