Hi there. One of my old accounts, which I didn't play for a few months, get banned. So there's a question - where and whom should I write to get information about reason of ban?

raise a ticket on the support forums to get an answer to that.

Spartaque, please send in a support ticket to the GMs explaining your situation. You will find the link in my signature. It is advised to create a support account separate than your game account to check your ticket status and reply to the GMs when requested. Avoid posting any account details on the forums. Good luck.
