If you copy heal lvl 10 while wearing any item that gives you level 1 (Vitata/rudra/etc) heal the item will prevent you from copying the max heal level, the same is the case if you copy heal first and then put the item on where by the heal level is reset to what the item gives you. This is not rectified by taking the item off and intimidate is completely reset to a no copied skill state.

you should raise a ticket; GMs don't really check this forum, and other players won't be able to assist you with this issue.

why you use vitata card when u are trying to copy heal lv 10? i think it is working as intended. skills gained from gear/card are supposed to unmodifyable and able to overwrite skills gained by copying.

his issue is probably occuring when he puts on the rudra, since he's probably a bow stalker.

I realise it's a pretty rare case scenario but if the game mechanic is doing this it could be screwing with other things too.
