I'd say 60-65% if you want to have a reliable block rate. You can go more, but I don't think it's worth it since you'd need to pump in too much dex.

You should get damage reduction in your body and shoes, but I do not recommend it in your offhand. BC's are meant to be more offensive, so just keep an offensive substat (either 30ap/50crit or 75accu/50crit) in your offhand.

If you really want to put a gem in your offhand, I'd say damage reduction or offhand defense (pink opalite trilliant) is better than additional block rate.

Offhand defense is the amount of damage you block on a succesful block.

So my knight for example has 3500 physical block. When succesfully blocking a physical attack, the damage gets reduced by 3500 (this is before other defenses such as your defense, PvP/PvM defense and flat damage reduction)

I am BC and use glor orlean set and I have 72.5% Block rate with block rate gems on shield. And then, should I change that block rate gems to offhand defense or no?

and which better for BC, Chiva orlean or Glor orlean?

Both are fine. I prefer chiv since I mostly target low accu classes, making me not really need glor. If you mostly target raiders then the added accu from glor is great, but aside from that not the best. Glor's 30% aspd isn't bad though, but I think you generally already have enough attack speed when using chiv.

Oh, do you do 1v1's? Offhand defense is better than block rate when against physical damage dealers, but block rate is better against magic damage dealers, so it's a good idea to have two books with you if you 1v1 sometimes.

In wars you'll want offhand defense though.

Well, it kind of depends on how much dodge they have. I would say just using glor is fine enough when against raiders/scouts, you don't need much more accu. Also, in wars, use phantom swords against them, phantom swords have 1.5 times your accuracy, making them very good against hawker classes.

Hp recovery rate 10 means you get 10Hp regenerated per second. This is rather pointless to have, since we're often talking about damage numbers of in the hundreds/thousands, a mere 10hp regen will not do you much.

I would go for damage reduc. As a cleric, you already have so much defense that adding any more doesn't benefit them much (the defense gains work with diminishing returns, this means that the higher you go, the more you need to get the same effect out of it).

I'd personally go for glaring malachite. Enhance damage isn't bad, but for BC's in particular you're better off with malachite.

Okay then, sorry for many asking question" btw, I have friend with knight job" but, hard to kill him (idk for that, only that). I always win with other knight also other job except that one. I use Glor orlean set, with glaring malachite on salva, damage reduc gems on body, offhand defense gems on shield, 20% aspd gems on arms, dodge and accu gems on foot, aspd and accu gems on head, and then some pink opal gems on face. but still lose" I already use max hp up. he win just under 10% health -__-". I use lava p7, I have 186% aspd and 68% block rate. and then what should I changed?

on face, better pink opal gems (I forget the name its increase Def 5%+150) or Mute resistance?

:):)

I actually don't use a gem on my face, I keep a 30/50 substat.

Against a knight, you want to use chiv rather than glor since it's stronger against the knight class. Glor isn't that great against them since as a bc you benefit from neither accu or dodge when facing them.

You should also use two accessory sets, a lava and a hebarn/arua one. Since you don't need the accu from lava against a non-dodge class, it's better to have the added crit.

Uhh, depends on build. When buffed I have about 50% (1250 flat), for a reference. I run chiv/arua though, so a lot of that is just from those equips.

You don't have to build crit oriented, but it's a good idea to have a decent amount of it since it also defends you against being critted.

35%. Also, if you hover over the % chance, you'll see a flat number.
