I already done all the killing for few quest for the board mission but i couldn't submit. It ask me to wait 3 hour?

if you elect the hunt all option i believe it erroneously gives you a 3 hr cd immediately, when it should really be giving you the cd after you turn in the quest.  unless you're hunting all the monsters i would suggest you just take the quests you want to complete individually.

 

there has always been a 3 hr retake timer assoicated with the boards though.
