I haven't played his for a very long time. Can anyone lead me to a link where I can see a guide on skill points (199) and stats on where best to add for a knight.

I can help you with this, but for that I need to know the weapon type you're using and preferences: PvM/PvP oriented (if doing PvP, which classes are you usually fighting, or are you planning to fight), weapon type you're using, etc.
