I have tested many times to see if relog-in the game will solve the bug which I saw several times, please see the screenshot below and take a look at the server time and ofc the IMMUNE which pop-ups in Venomous Hooded Asper.

Venomous Hooded Asper can only be defeated as part of a quest using a Net item. It is not intended to be killable by attacking it.

but before, I killed many of them without doing the quest, hmmm so now that's how it works, ok thank you sir Genesis

Then it was a bug before. Apparently they finally fixed that one.
