My friend is having problems with opening his client, this issue came up yesterday as he tried to log on RO, he hasn't logged on since the maintenance until yesterday either. 

He already patched Classic, ran as admin, closed & re-opened, uninstall/reinstalled. Nothing seems to be working. 

Any suggestions/fixes?

1. I don't know what the L icon in the taskbar is, but if it's another 3d game, try quitting that before starting RO - sometimes multiple 3d games fight eachother.

2. If that doesn't work, open setup in the Ragnarok Online folder and check that something is selected in the two menus at the top (graphics mode and resolution)

The L is League of Legends, it normally works, but now he can't get onto that game either now. We think there might be something wrong with his laptop instead so we're going to look into it. Thanks a lot!
