After the channel failure, my characters have experienced the following issues:

- Items lost

- Mount bug (Can't use mount)

- Skill bug (Can't use skills)

- Cart bug (Can't use Cart)

 

Although I have tried relogging many times as well as CheckAll my clients, nothing changed.

Even the new set and weapon I got for my Artisan have gone and never came back.

i got bug today.. my items gone from shop at vennding.. but relog help..

Yeah I sent a ticket. Weird thing.

1. Completely naked after logging.

2. With armors but without weapons and other items in inventory.

3. Full equipment and items but unable to use any skills, mounts, pots

4. Only able to use debuffs and selfbuffs. Other skills and consumables are prohibited.

Those are 4 cases happening each time I relog my champ.
