Hello,

 

I will throw this one out and I will be done.

 

TITLE: Headband of Indomitable Spirit

TYPE: Upper Headgear

WEIGHT: 10

SLOT: 0

REQUIRED LEVEL: 50 (Negotiable)

 

CLASS: TK and TKM

DESCRIPTION: a headband with a foreign inscription for "Indomitable Spirit" which makes its wearer move like water and be firm like earth.

 

STATS/CHARACTERISTICS: 

a ) 2 DEF

b ) +2 STR/+2 AGI

*c ) Increases Flying Kick damage by 10% while increasing SP cost by 20% (or more)

**d ) If refined +7 or higher, enable an increase in Solar, Lunar, Heat damage by 2% (or 1%) per refine level by a low chance (.1%-1%).

 

* This could be for all kicks but I did not want it to be too OP.

** If this is thought to be too high it could be set to +9 starting out or set to 1% increase in damage at a low chance.

Yes, I know it is crude. I am not a graphic artist except as a basic hobby but you get the idea.  :wink:

I think increasing the damage by 5% at a 1-2% chance would be better, because it doesn't do as much damage as it should really :/

It's a bit plain but...

 

TITLE: Scarlet Lenses

TYPE: Mid Headgear

WEIGHT: 10

SLOT: 0

REQUIRED LEVEL: 1

 

Description:

Lenses that give the wearer's eyes a scarlet tint. The red seems to stir the user up, occasionally causing an uncontrollable surge of anger.

 

Effect:

When physically attacking, adds a 1% chance of autocasting lv1 provoke on the user.

 

I'm imagining something like devoted eyes except with a brighter red, and both eyes being red @_@(I like the idea of having red eyes)

REQUIRED LEVEL:  99

 

Description:

Unrefinable, All stat  - 5,Mdef -10, immune to burning status, enable the use of Fire Ball 1

 

Effect:

Proc chance to cast Burning Rock lv4 when attacking or receiving physical attack

 

 

TITLE: KTULLANUX Spirit mask

TYPE: Head Gear Top Mid Low

WEIGHT: 100

SLOT: 0

REQUIRED LEVEL: 99

 

Description:

Unrefinable, -4 aspd,  immune to  Crystallization enable the use of Frost Diver 1

 

Effect:

Proc chance to randomly cast Lv3 Diamond Dust/Chiling Mist/Jack Frost when attacking or receiving physical attack

 

The idea is that melee class relying on aspd will have to rethink in using these items.

^ I don't like them.

 

They heavily encourage that stupid auto-cast tank build which is antisocial, holds mobs, causes major animation delay for people on screen, and is slow leveling to begin with. You can't fix the last point without exacerbating the first 3. Set the level restriction to 130 and the problem will probably be solved.

Hm, I hope this is the correct thread...
I really think we should have an invisible headgear costume (low,mid and top). It would be just a costume that let you use your usual headgear, but without changing the character's appearance. I would like to see the character's actual hair and face instead of some crazy hat and a dagger or something.

Back to topic, is the proposal still open? Is it possible we get new proposal sent to kRO before December? Because looking at our accepted proposal, we still have many things to wait for, like Chibi Beel Hat, Dwarven Beard, Sheriff Stetson, Cursed Spring, and Devil Deal.

I have some things in my mind, but I'd like to know is it pointless to push new proposal at this time

I'm actually a fan of triangle shot as a build but the catapult was kind of poorly executed.

I don't suppose there is anything wrong with promotion using double strafe during triangle shot's delay or autoattacking. Interesting way of encouraging ts levels for ds damage.

I wonder if "ranged +%, but only if wearing a bow" is scriptable. The closest precedence is drosera card.

 

There are also items such as Necromancer card, so I don't see how it isn't possible.  And since a lot of cards increase skill specific damage, I don't see how they can't do it for headgear or weapons.

The headdress symbolize the greatness within a leader, meanwhile the colour gold indicates it is royalty and toughness.

2. VIT+1, DEX+1, AGI+1

 

3.When refined to +7 or higher increases reduction to long range attacks by 1% per upgrade

 

4.When refined to +9 or higher increases reduction to long range attacks by 1% per upgrade

nice suggestion and hat look like tradisional malaysian and indonesia for (Silat).But this hat will be over power for reduction on range atk/Woe/PVM/MVP with range atk.
