Toned down version of the hat to buff the useless Judex in Renewal.

Set bonus with Holy Stick [1]
Judex damage and cast time reduction +25%
10% chance to autocast Holy Light on an attacking enemy. Holy Light damage is not enhanced by Priest Spirit.
Explanations:
- Gives 50% bonus damage when +7 (in total at level 5 Judex: 150% of 400 MATK = 600%).
- Judex casting time decreased by 50% when +7 (to compensate the slight cast delay (1 second increase due to Heal proc).
- 5x5 aoe is not imbalanced because of the very low damage even with the damage buff (600% MATK at level 5).
- The Heal autocast after Judex is great as Archbishops will tend to gather monsters to use Judex and take a lot of damage from them. The cast delay of Heal will incur however which is 1 second (0.5 seond more than Judex).
- The 10% Holy Light autocasting with the set bonus is not imbalanced because it is only 125% MATK. It doesn't have any cast delay so the wearer can freely cast another Judex to their enemy after it procs.
Balanced and simple.
