im troubled and confused

 

i log in today with my knight and had no items on my equips,consume and etc, and my armors and weapons equipped on too

 are missing . please help me,

 

but i still have my costumes equipped but i couldn't take them off.. i tried buying like pots and i relog they gone too.. help please.. help me i don't have much time left on my vacation.. i really want to play it before i get busy again.. 

 

and ( how can i attach pictures here?)

If you have relogged and your items are still missing, you will have to make a ticket. Here is the link  https://support.warp...bb-f8500fbc065c   Put all of the information in the ticket and then give them 48 hours to reply.  

 

I'm know you're understandably upset but I'm sure you will get your items back. Good luck to you!

i've tried 30 times relogging in back and out.. nothing is happening. i've already make one. i guess i'm gonna wait. and btw i couldn't log in on the support tab. how do i know if i got any replies on my ticket? and one more thing. i got weird thing like my account is already log in message whenever i tried relogging and when i try ending the game the game freezes and stuck on log out pop up thingy. like my account is not fully logged out whenever i tried ending the game.

When you submit a ticket, you will immediately get an email giving you a ticket number. This is done automatically. Once they respond to your ticket, you will get another email. So just keep checking that email account. Or you can log in to the support section of Warp Portal, and click view tickets.

i've logged in today and found out it's fixed already THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!! its really helpful. thanks for the fast respond.
