I'm a warlock at lv 49 and I can't use skill Snow Blues. When i use that skill, it start a cast time bar for a bit and disappear, my skill is at lv 2.

Snowblues skill bug seems to get more often these days. 

 

Please have a look at the linked thread and don't forget to write your support ticket so your skill either gets resetted by the support, or you get a free skill reset. Once you got an answer from the support, please follow the instructions I've written down in the linked thread carefully and do not use your skill reset before reading. This is important, or else it won't work and the skill be stuck again.
