Servers are up again!
Unfortunately all progress you have made with your
character since the issue occured (about 6am PST, 6:00 Server Time)
such as enchants, drops etc. are not saved and so they're lost.
If you had a rare occurance
(e.g. a rare item drop, achieving a high level enchant [15+])
during the issue period, you need to
submit a ticket to the support team
to get it back.
Due to the weekend the restoration of such items
will not happen before Monday.
Also new characters which have been created
during the issue period are lost and can't be restored.
If you purchased an item on the Item Mall and the item was lost
when you logged out, they will be restored on Monday

and thank you for your patience and your understanding!
As a compensation the we
now have 3.0x EXP until
the end of Monday (12/01)
