Thanksgiving, Black Friday & Refine Event Weekend

  • The +5% to all refines, for the Thanksgiving, Black Friday Sale and Refine Event weekend has been removed.

 

Valor Quest Tickets Exchange

  • [Premium Exchanger] Anthonios will now have an offer to exchange, 80 Valor Quest Tickets, for 200 Premium Points.
    When you speak with him, select the "I would like to exchange some other Item Mall etc. items for Premium Points." to reach the option.

 

Drop Table Notice

  • We're leaving the drop rates of catalysts and chemicals for now. We kind of like the rates that they are dropping since the change. We're pretty sure you won't mind. We may change it back, we may not, but for now, we're pleased with the rates that resulted over the weekend. Happy hunting!

Per Leonis, Christmas starts later, the 13th is when it should start up.

 

What about lucky spin costumes? And im xmas costumes?

Please submit a ticket through to the Player Experience Team in the support section. They will do their best to assist and fix it themselves, if they cannot, it will get passed on to the dev team to investigate.

It's not just him, it's the server because I'm getting the same problem currently.

That's different, checking now.

 

Update: I'm able to log in to both servers without issue or hesitation. You both may want to submit a ticket if you're still having problems connecting.

Leonis, I know it's not customary for your staff to be at the office from roughly 9:30pm-7am server time, but consistently through out the week the servers start producing this error. I'd already contacted Genesis since he was awake and he verified once out of 2 times that I reported the issue that he himself experienced it. I'd assumed he'd relayed that info to the rest of the team. It's a pretty common event these days, and I suspect malicious behavior as it's more then coincidental that it only manifest itself when there is no one at the office/server to correct it.
