why im having this problem i tried my steam ragnarok and my non steam ragnarok still failed to connect to server  and why is it always downloading 2011(date) data_gm(number) can someone help me fix this thank you so much

i tried what is says in the post still not working guess ill just re-install it tnx for the help tho
