I had been using a personal stat calculator since pre-AoV and added things to it as time went by. Unfortunately, I had to scrap the first version when AoV was released. After AoV, nobody really new any of the formulas so I decided to try and figure them out, this was mostly for entertainment purposes since there was nothing to do in this game, even after the big update. The second version of my calc was a huge mess (visually) and everything was all over the place (very unorganized) but it was only for personal use and for a few guild members that were interested in it so I didn't bother fixing it. I quit around the middle of May (having finished the calc, I had nothing left to do) but I decided to start playing again around the middle of October hoping that something in this game had changed for the better in the 5 months I was gone. Unfortunately, nothing has really changed after all this time and it looks like nothing will. During the month that I was back I decided I was going to make a release version 3 that took into account every class so I spent that month testing every class and 2 weekends getting my warrior to ml30 just for the lulz. I had planned on releasing it in early November but there were more things I wanted to add/change/test, too bad I ended up quitting again.

Anyway, I figured there would be a lot of people who could make use of it even in its unfinished version.

I don't plan on adding anything or updating it in the future aside from minor corrections.

There is a notes section in the calc that will explain how to use it.

Thanks to Arbalist and the rest of ANIME guild for helping me test and putting up with my rambling :P

You can download it here. (Pre-FP)

Newest version is here.

Here's a pic: It goes further down but that's all I could fit in a fullscreen ss :p_swt:

That's some fine work you've done with your calc from the looks of the SS, even if unfinished. I'll definitely going to test it! Thank you for sharing.

For those who might be interested, I've updated the calc to include the changes made to Blue/Red seeds and also added Norn's Blessing/Midgard's Grace. Nothing else has changed. If you find any errors feel free to contact me.

Update: 2/22

I did a complete overhaul on the monster damage calculator and it is now more accurate than before, that said, it is not 100% accurate since it's impossible to figure out a monsters exact raw defense.

I wish we had an Observer in this game lol (RO1 fans know what I'm talking about).

After smacking around Forgotten Payon monsters, we found out that their defense is in the range of 96% which, at their level, is a whopping 92k raw def. That's right, 92000. Just goes to show how ridiculous these numbers are getting. What's next? 99% Def monsters with damage reduction mods? yes please (defense cap is 75% so in order for monsters to get stronger defensively, devs would have to add damage reduction mods). Also, penetration in pve is virtually useless.

The defense formula is beyond broken, it just doesn't work. Unfortunately, changing the defense formula would mean changing the defense values of every equipment and monster (monster attack as well) in the game but I think I have a higher chance of winning the lottery than this getting fixed.
