The kafra in all cities only transport to prontera, and prontera kafra work normally, whats is happenning???

I assume you're on a Non-VIP account? If yes then Kafra will provide warps to only Prontera since it connects to most of the towns/cities. This is why acolyte classes memo Prontera for quick access to different maps. For VIP accounts almost all Kafra will provide additional map warps apart from Prontera by default.

It's because you're Non-VIP, some cities only transport you to Payon, then Prontera, then only you can reach the destination you want.

If you are a VIP, you can teleport to majority of the cities using the lady NPC in Eden, nearby the MagicGear old guy in a wheelchair.
