Thank you! I am guessing the reset costs something but you are basically able to get the enchant you want by keep trying until you get the one you wanted and at that point you just upgrade the enchant right?

 

The reset cost 1 RWC Reset Ticket. You can buy 1 RWC Reset Ticket Box (150KP) or 5 RWC Reset Ticket Box (600KP) from the Cash Shop.

 

You don't upgrade the enchant. When you reset the enchant, you're automatically given a new random enchant.

 

Your aim is to get Spell3 on slot #3 and #2.

 

Say on first try you enchant all the slots and get

#3 Matk1

#2 Matk2

#1 Luk + 1

 

Then try to reset slot #3 first.

1st reset

#3 Spell2

#2 Matk2

#1 Luk + 1

 

2nd reset

#3 Matk2

#2 Matk2

#1 Luk + 1

 

3rd reset

#3 Spell1

#2 Matk2

#1 Luk + 1

 

You keep trying until you get Spell3 on slot #3 then move on to slot #2. Slot #1 is optional, the best enchant is Str/Int+3.

Man, is my memory failing me? I don't remember getting +hp or +sp when enchanting my RWC pends... just matk and spell.

So I got two RWC Rally Boxes. I Enchanted both pendants, on one I got Spell 1 on 4th slot and on the other one Spell 3.

I haven't slotted it either, if I slot it do I lose the enchants? and should I slot it?

Edit: I think i screwed up. I just read the description of the slot enchant I should have slot it first...... What's the best card to put in slot anyway?

Kafra blossom generally but that's really expensive.

 

There's lot of choices though. I think there's a new one(gold scaraba?) that adds atk.

So I should just slot it first then or should I just keep the Spell 3 enchant? I am wondering if I was just lucky because I don't want to by Reset RWC tickets since it requires RL and/or lots of Zeny in game.

Just slot them. The slot is a million times better than additional (stat) enchant.

The other Ring and other pendant got crappy stuff. So I will reset those some other time. If I put a card and then reset a slot, do I lose the card?

I used so many tickets but only manage to get Spell 3/2 and Spell 2/2.

 

The stat enchant is not very important, I think. So you don't need to further enchant it if you don't want to.

I don't think you will lose the card. Never tried it though, need confirmation.

 

Oh, also don't forget to put your Spell3/3 pendant in storage when you're enchanting the new one. You don't want to mistakenly reset the wrong pendant. Lol~

You're fine to card the pendant, and reset stats later. You won't lose the card.

I'd consider those a waste. I personally have only put smokies and kafra blossoms in mine, otherwise I've left the rest uncarded, waiting for something good to come by.

Scaraba cards are good for magic users too, though.

What about Sacaraba with the +20ATK bonus, its good on any skill for Genetic.

You can probably leave them uncarded if you haven't gotten all the gears you want on garment/armor/etc. since those will be more important to focus on.

As I see it...

KBC is the gold standard - that card is just ridiculously OP. Gold Scaraba card is good too (+20 atk - not the scaraba for +20 matk. Matk doesn't effect CC, while % cast reduc doesn't effect AB, so what's is the point of a scaraba carded RWC pend on a gen?). In any event, as others have said, there's nothing wrong with not carding it immediately - the effect from the spell enchants impacts your characters effectiveness more than any card you could put into it other than a bee card ;-) So get the spell enchanted RWC right, don't mess it up for the sake of a short term and comparatively small benefit of some sub-optimal card - do it right.

Considering the price of KP and how much it can cost to get spell 33, a spell 33 RWC pend should be treated as a 400-600m item.

Creamy card is a waste, and phen is worse than a waste, because then you can't even ignore the card and use it like it wasn't slotted.. That +25% cast time disadvantage to phen stacks ADDITIVELY with the % cast reduc the spell enchants give!

None of the enchants have a chance to break, but they do have a chance to fail and remove all other enchants.

That means that when enchanting, you should get the first two slots. If any of them are spell 3, don't enchant the third normally, because it might lose your spell 3. You can instead use reset ticket to put enchant on the third enchant (the +stat slot). It will work even if there isn't currently an enchant there - that way there's no risk of losing the spell 3. On the other hand, if the first two enchants suck, you pray for the last one to fail and reset it for free :-P

I keep hearing a lot of negative thoughts about the phen card in my RWC ring. Achieving instant cast with gear comes at a cost. Instant cast is great but it does pigeonhole the gear you can use. Yes im not instant cast(my cast is pretty good when I sub my +12 KK Cod) but I will probably do more damage with my gear setup. I also can use food to buff my cast. Having 120Dex helps. I can kill Gloom in one cast of mental strength. I can almost kill Bee in one Kaahi.  All the instant cast gear is also going to hurt your Acid Bomb damage. If you are just leveling then DrAzzy is probably right. If you kill as many mvp's as i do, my setup is probably better. Even the great Havenn has a phen in his RWC ring lol.

Phen in a pendant is fine usually if you already have two other pendants that are not carded with a phen, so it's like your third pendant. There might be situations where you need a certain armor that isn't orleans, and can't get instant cast. Also for other classes. It's just very situational but a general rule of thumb for new players is not to put in a phen until they get rich enough or have a good understanding of the mechanics behind it.
