resolve the current database issue.

We don't know what happend for the time being. The IT team is investigating the issue right now.

What if somebody, who already got the eventreward, which is now lost again, can not go online today anymore?

 

Will we get tomorrow the eventgift from today plus the one from tomorrow? How will it work?

I got some news recently

 

First of all, the server downtime will

include the planned today's maintenance

That means, that when the servers are up again

the maintenance for today has also been done

if all goes well. So at least the downtime can

be used for something reasonable.

 

Now the really bad news:

 

All items/rewards which have been gathered

while the issue happened are unfortunately lost

Same applies to any progress you made in

the game within this period

 

But I also have kinda good news:

 

The christmas reward from today should be

automatically send to all affected characters

(the ones who got the rewards within the issue period)

 

Sadly I can't say how long this

maintenance will take today

 

So far it's open end

 

I will surely keep you updated

As far as I know it isn't possible since you only get the reward after being logged in for several minutes.

 

Only if you received the reward during the database issue you will get it "back".

The database issue is solved. This topic will stay until tomorrow and then I'll move it to the archives.
