oooo, am not very good with technial problems but if I was you. I would do this.
If you can open Rose starting menu.
When you start the Rose Starting menu, you can see a small button to the right of the '' start button ''. The small button say ''>>''. Click on that. When you have clicked on that, a pop up window should pop up. It say '' Check All '', click on that. Then it should load or something heheh. Then click on the ''>>'' again! Now click on the ''Check Plugins '', let the load or what ever it do. Then start the game and see if it works.
If you can't open Rose starting menu
You downloaded from here right? http://www.playroseo...edownloads.aspx
Otherwise
- Otherwise I would restart the computer and then try.
- Uninstall Rose, download it again and then install it again.
I hope this help!

It might be corrupted? I wonder if your antivirus is getting in the way.

You can try downloading this one, https://download.ros...ller_Latest.zip
while doing that you can also try running the current one as admin just on the off chance that's causing it.
