Please, I have a problem with warp portals, I can't go to prontera and I Save on the kafra that is on this map.

I have tried the command /effect and that doesnn't work either,

I think you're on the TE version of that map, which does not have the portal to Prontera.

 

Type  /navi te_prt_gld 120/149 (It's a portal that's middle left-ish on your map) and it should guide you to a portal that will take you to map that has the south portal.
