Apparently I got a "Unable to login until 2020-12-31". After reading here at the forums my biggest concern was that my account been compromised, so I sent a ticket and later got the answer, but not that kinda answer you were expecting.

 

So my question is since I apparently have done something wrong and the GM won't tell me what, I ask you guys, what have I done wrong with just playing the game?

Either way I won't continue playing until I get an explanation. There most be others here that have ended up like a question mark just like me. 

 

This is not the thread of how innocent I am etc cause my account got unlocked almost instantly, so I have no reason really to write here.

But for my wiped Zeny and the stuff (which I don't know what they took) I am very curious about this. 

 

What I want to discuss is that this game is flawed if you without any warnings can lose assets and in-game money with just interacting in this game normally and it becomes an what they so firmly call "ill-mannered activity"

Matters involving tickets handling and game account should never be discussed publicly on forums. I have notified Warnhal head of Support Team about your situation. So I kindly ask of you to send a pm to Warnhal including the ticket numbers, he should be able to assist you.
