WPEnergy still not added on my account.

hi, i'm from philippines and i 1st registered via steam and i bought WPE energy using steam wallet w/o problem.
when jump janeway shows, i decided to register new account at warpportal since there's too many option to earm WPE.

today i bought 1000WPE using dragonpay(M. Lhuillier) <~ money transfer

 

i already sent a ticket regarding this transaction but there's still no answer.

i recieved this message from GRAVITY/WarpPortal:

You should find that the money was not taken out of your bank account to begin with. The first "transaction" is always just a check of your payment credentials and the game account itself, regardless of how much money you tried to put in; authorization for further transactions is granted after the checks have been made. So the first "transaction" doesn't give you money or take money from you, it's just a security measure.  Everyone with a WarpPortal acc. has to go through this.

 

If the money has been taken from you and you have no WPE to show for it, then you have a problem and you should bump the ticket to active again, and probably refer it to Warnhal.

i already sent the money, and i also already raise a ticket with the receipts. 
i hope WP will not eat my money -_-

if you used dragonpay, then wait for dragonpay's confirmation of the payment. if i remember correctly, dragonpay operation is only weekdays (mon-fri). back when i used dragonpay to purchase wpe, an email was sent to me after payment has been confirmed. then the WPE was reflected instantly on my account.

sorry this is my 1st time buying WPE since i used steam on my 1st transactions..
