After I went inside endless dungeon when talking to a captain at Alberta, my view change to a angle and not a overhead view so how do I change it???? (If this cannot be fixed am gonna leave Ragnarok)

there's a very simple solution to that. just change your camera angle. hold the shift key then drag your mouse up or down while pressing the right button on your mouse. or if your mouse has a wheel then just hold shift and roll the wheel.

Shift + scrollwheel down to get view as close to vertical as possible. Scrollwheel up to zoom out. I assume you know rightclick to rotate.

You can also hold shift and double right click to return the camera angle to the default angle (exception is for some maps that purposely have the tilted camera angle). Double right-clicking also returns your camera rotation to the default.
