I already sent a ticket yesterday, but I'd like to point this out here aswell (due to the double trouble it came out).

 

I logged off my char wearing Noble set as costume, after I switched a couple of time to Akram Kingdom Set and back to Noble (dungeoning or hunting can't remember).

 

Thing is, I logged back in noticing that , even if it looks as I am wearing Noble Set as costume, the main armor part really equipped on Costume Tab results to be the Akram Kingdom Robe, and the main Noble Set armor is missing from the Inventory, so it's basically messed up with the Costume switch or something like that.

 

I add a screenshot I took that should help to understand.

 

I am not unequipping the King Robe not knowing if it can mess things up or create more troubles, and considerring I would not be able to re-equip the Noble (armor is still not present in my inventory/storage or any other place...)

 

Hope it can be solved, I look forward for a reply.

Unequip every pieces of armor on Avatar & Costume Tab, that will recover the missing part you're looking for, in the intentory.

Me and my friend had the same problem and after we did that, everything would return.

Oh! 

 

I wanna thank you for the help, this actually worked like a bless.

 

After unequipping everything, on the screen, the char still was wearing/showing the Noble armor, without it being displayed on the Avatar tab.

 

After a relog, the item was properly displaying and present in the tab.

 

Thank you once again, hope this will be of help for a possible "fix" on this bug.

 

(I won't hide I was quite nervous, being it a quite rare costume, wich has a big emotional value to me too... )

Today I logged in and noticed my legendary jabberwock mail armor was missing. I logged in again and it still was missing... 

I cannot submit a ticket, dont know why... 

Can a GM please help me?

It happened to me and to my wife also.

 

You can try the following:

Take off all your gears.

Place gear into storage if necessary.

Log out of the game and login back your ungeared char.

The item that was missing should be back and visible then.

Actually, I just had this happen again, but this time, anywhere between 8-59billion also dissapeared, this is not normal. Normally items are all that is lost, not character currency or zulie. So yes submit a ticket, and they may have to rollback your account. Goodluck.

My main acc also got that, i sended a ticket already n got already the answere, hope the items will come back :c

I was playing one of my 3 characters yesterday afternoon and then I took a break and went out. When I came back and logged in my account all my items were missing I tried relogging in numerous times and couple of times all the items were there but I can't wear them. Is this a visual bug? I've submitted a ticket regarding this though. I do not share my account with anyone else. Could anyone give some feedbacks. Thank you!

You should submit a ticket to the support team, and they can get the items back for you.

 

Make an account there first if you have not done so before now. It will help with keeping track of tickets~

Hopefully we can get it resolved today. I'm waiting for Leonis to get into the office so I can call him. I thoroughly effed up my accounts on purpose so that way the logs will hopefully show where the problem is stemming. 

The issue were

all items in EQ, Costume and Character Inv disappearing and reappearing, Storage emptying and reappearing, and also zulie disaapearing [and NOT] reappearing. I actually lost between 8-59billion testing this, so be warned, DO NOT log in and out multiple times, if you have this bug, stay logged out, and submit a ticket.

so today i was doing DG but then my "average" laptop overheated and crashed cause i forgot to turn on the cooling pad.

and when i logged back after i let my laptop refresh, i noticed that my glorius rap set disappeared.

I'll just share the process on how i retrieved the lost items back which is pretty simple

 

step 1: if you don't have another set to wear..get another set and place it in your inventory.

step 2: equip the new set.

step 3: unequip the new set.

step 4: equip the new set again. From here, as you are equipping the parts, your lost items should reappear on the slot from where the parts of your new set was before you equipped it. This is what was taught to me by a player in-game. Thanks to you!

 

i hope this will get fixed as this can get very confusing to new players and may affect their mentality about the game.

Going to close threads about this issue for now as we made adjustments to the game servers a couple of weeks ago and haven't had reports of it happening since then, other than from those who were affected by the issue prior to the changes.  If you find you have the issue on a character, please submit a ticket and the customer support team will get your items corrected.
