why my character cannot trade with others? whenever i drag item to trade, it canceled automatically.

What item(s) are you trying to trade? Some items cannot be traded. If you try trading such an item, it could result in the trade being canceled automatically.

fire arrows. but i can trade this item last week. i haven't try to trade other items tho

That should work. It's possible that the trade recipient has too many unique items in inventory (100). What happens when you try trading just 1 Fire Arrow? As a temporary workaround, please try dropping 1 Fire Arrow and picking it up with the intended trade recipient.

If the drop method works for you, it might be best to go with that.

I'm betting this is the problem right here. I had a similar problem where even after unequiping arrows, it still canceled the trade. Make sure you unequip the arrows and close out ALL windows before attempting the trade.

You cannot trade ammunition that is currently equipped.
