hi, when i login and enter the game, i can't see any NPCs or players. i go into building also can't see anyone..just my character moving..my item also can't see.. any help? really love this game

repatch it.
i encountered this problem before, and the reason is my client is not fully patch.

i recommend you to download the latest installer and patch it manually.

if you downloaded the latest installer which is updated to october 2014. you may download all patch here "ftp://ropatch2.gravityus.com/patch/" start from october 2014 and copypaste them to you iRO directory then run the patcher let it repack all the packages after that you're ready to go.
