there are only 3 epic cards and the others cant be use like treasure hunter munil and concious eremes guile...
so how do i make one epic+?

You need to use the untradeable gold Anniversary cards (Munil, Eremes, Looty, Putaruta, Holy Stars, Onnasis, etc.), which are bound to the character who exchanged their Anniversary tokens at the Event NPC last year. The versions of these cards you can search/purchase in the Auction House are actually [Epic+] cards due to some oversight on the developer's part, hence why they can't be fused with normal gold cards.
I think you may be out of luck until the next epic card event, unless you can persuade a trustworthy person to allow you to use their bound cards for fusion.
