I dunno if it's just me or the test npc on the last part of the quest is really just bugged. I saw on a video on youtube that he's supposed to have a chatroom on.
Even when I try to talk to him, and choose the "Go to the living room" option, nothing happens.
I've tried going outside and relogging but none of them works. He just wont let me take the test. 
Edit: NVM. I forgot I had the chats hidden when I went to Eden earlier.
