After i clicked 'Agree' terms and agreement pages it will appear 'please wait' and waited so long. still the same. what should i do. help please.
Cant enter the game.

There seems to be a problem w/ the Steam login sync. Try opening the game application directly instead of through Steam.
Find where you have your Steam library stored on your computer. Go to Steam -> SteamApps -> common -> Ragnarok. Run Ragnarok.exe
