New one to add (I'm sure it's been mentioned before actually). Daylight savings is messing up quests so that they now expire 1 hour ahead of time. Meaning I literally just watched an Endless Tower quest on Classic expire in 3 hours INSTEAD of 4! The party was expired right before fighting Naght Sieger and they failed!!

I need to give an opinion on something.
If an item has below default drop rate (some speculated orlean's glove was at 0.01%) and is going to be buffed, don't increase it to higher than the default rate (0.04% for orlean's glove) unless the community really pushes for it. Orlean's glove appears to be about 0.1% right now, and I am certainly not for that high of an increase...
An increase this drastic is not fair to those who have hunted the item in the past. All changes should be gradual unless they really are that necessary. This is one of the reasons gum, manuals, and exp/drop events are bad. They are way too significant. Someone who leveled with 3x manual during a 2x event isn't going to be motivated at all to try and level without the two. With this said, the past few vip events have been good. +50% to vip bonus (not the same as 1.5x but some people probably think it is) isn't as significant as the 2x events in the past.
And please increase these droprates to their NATURAL drop rates. Or put them in the game. Nobody knows if they exist or not.

^^^^ A lot of this.
The Orleans drop buff was a little excessive. It may be my fault for putting it in with the other stuff when you were looking at increasing the rates for that hard to find gear. But it's not something that should be as common as the change has made. It's much closer to something like a D Ring. It should have been implemented at its intended drop rate from the very beginning.

lol, this actually happened to us on thursday, we had exactly 1 hr left on our run then we couldn't go back coz it was "expired". Was about to send in a ticket/request compensation but then I remembered we can only have enough ppl online on that day per week, pointless to even try!
