i want to ask about armor

in lvl 40+ , is it better using the one you told 3 3 armor for final crit rate

or using mist elf armor because if i use 6 set mist elf armor , it will give crit damage crit rate 

 

for skill , releasing fighter force, is it useful ?

This game has been stagnant for however many years. There has yet to be a skill change/equipment change/etc because we've been focusing on other stuff that's more important.
