Hello.

 

I'm from brazil and I'm trying to buy some WP in my work. The computer of my work doesn't appears the payment option "Mercado Pago", but in my Computer Home I can buy some wp by "Mercado Pago". Why? What I need to do?

your computer at work could be blocking parts of the site. try a different browser at work?

Both in chrome as in IE.

 

I can only make that purchase at the home computer. This shouldn't happen, I want to buy now.

when was the last time you paid using that option? one poster in the thread you linked mentioned that it wasn't available as of November last year. for something like this you will need to raise a support ticket and see what they say; it doesn't look like it has anything to do with browsers and such.

I already sent a ticket and so far no replies. Both here and in my e-mail. 

I'm getting discouraged in making any purchase...

unlikely that anyone from billing would be checking these forums. so be patient and keep an eye out on your support ticket.

I can say it wasn't unavailable since november, since I bought via Mercado Pago like 12 days ago. But in the latter days this payment option has really vanished.
