Where would be a good place to ME with a 95+ HP? I"m going to redo stats and skills again, (even though I got screwed out of using the freebies more than once and I'm going to have to pay, which is irritating, and of course the reset npc doesn't even work .... *grumble*) So, I'll probably go back to int/vit/dex, with higher int than before for the ME and heal nerf...

Any comments or suggestions any ME'rs have out there? ( OH ya, P.S. - does DEX affect ME and how much? )
