Maybe I should have just tried random guesses, I tried brute force now I ended up with many solutions :/
I tried brute forcing too..., and then working it with another way. it wasn't even 20% done with the first parent node before I found the answer the other way lol

I was bruteforcing and gave up after nearly 800 entries; way too time consuming. turns out i was working off the wrong node to begin with so i'm glad i didn't follow that all the way through

that's what I meant. and by generate I mean I literally had a picture up of the word web, and started from one node, and started typing the combos into excel.
it was miserable.
if I was actually code literate I would have had them autogenerated (length from 7 to 33 I suppose) and then I would have inspected them manually. I didn't even manage to get to that point; I gave up halfway through length 6 on the first node I started with.

When you say "brute force" do you mean that you generated every legal string and visually inspected each one?
I personally picked a starting node then generated every solution possible and inspected visually while it's being generated. When I understood how long that would take I started generating short (5~6 characters) words after picking a starting Node.
