Rules:

1. You are allowed to use Eden gears.
2. You are allowed to use cards of monsters level 30 and under, for example, peco peco, roda frog, spore, etc.
3. You are allowed to use a phen accessory and gears sold by NPCs (weapon / armor tool shop NPCs only).
4. Gears/Cards along the way in ET are allowed to be used.
5. Unlimited supplies
6. Everything else is not allowed, not even if it's a hat dropped by a spore.

The run was a total of 1 hr and 40 minutes. We got a KK card and a GWC card in the run along with the normal loots :3 Enjoy!

I talk to a bunch of new players and they always make excuses. I can't do this and i can't do that. There are no limits to what you can do on Ragnarok.

 

Those players in the vid look like they know what they are doing though. Definitely not noobs lol. I bet you could handicap yourself with worse gear and still run it.

The two most difficult challenging levels was probably Valk and Beelze. Valk due to her dispell and aggressiveness hits very hard even on a MS sura, which would be challenging to most newer players, but it's true having experience, fast reaction time to recover helped a LOT for this floor, so that people kept ressing so there was no absolute party wipe.

 

For Beelze it's mainly needing to stat recover the low agi classes. Our Maestro had enough agi to resist beelze, which made it a lot easier for us to keep DPS on him.

 

I believe a lot of trouble with low level groups is not knowing the class distribution they need in order to finish the tower, so they'll get stuck at Ifrit due to EQ wipe or something.

 

Although i'm not sure what more handicap we could get! unless it's like negative stat gears or go shield-less. (Not that a unslotted guard makes that big a difference)

Challenge ET runs are really fun tho. We did a Trans-only run last sunday! :3

I love how you guys do all these fun setup ETs. xD So many people can learn a lot from you guys. =O It is a lot about class distribution, I have trouble trying to convince players to play support class a lot but when some stepped up on helping out with support class, the party runs becomes so much more smoother.

If you want the replay, I can send it to you. It's just ridiculously hard putting in 1 hr 40 min of video into 20 minutes =x.

 

Everyone was Kaupe'd during Ifrit's EQ, If anyone died, they were res'd immediately with Kaizel.

 

@HMP0824: Well, a lot of the group didn't even get eden gears because they were too lazy too, so they just bought some NPC stuff xP

Some people did enchant their Eden gears, I enchanted mine actually, but I only did it for a day so my enchants were pretty crappy.

We 99.9% won't be doing trans ET gears. Killing the ghost mvps will be a huge bother without some certain gears :v.

 

 I think most people bring some, but I honestly don't think there were that many deaths.
